I had worked with Roland previously, and chose to work with him again on the sale of mine and my fiancé's homes, and the purchase of our new home together. Balancing three contracts at the same time was stressful and no small feat overall for the three of us, but Roland ensured that everything got done in a timely manner. Roland was communicative throughout the process. Roland was and still is a hard worker, and does not stop until the job is done!
Always answered when we called or texted. Broke down heavy jargon into easy-to-understand terms. Even when he'd just had a baby he made sure we were well taken care of. Excellent service.
Working with Roland Marton to find my first home was an incredible experience. As a first-time homebuyer—with high standards and parents weighing in from 700 miles away—I know I wasn’t the easiest client. But Roland handled every twist and turn with patience, professionalism, and an unmatched level of care. From start to finish, Roland demonstrated a level of knowledge, trust, and advocacy that no other brokerage in the area could match. He supported me through every step—from exciting offers to the disappointments of those that didn’t go through—always keeping my best interests front and center. My parents were incredibly grateful for his generosity, time, and strong negotiation skills. He treated me like family, and it showed. If you’re buying or selling in the area, don’t waste your time elsewhere. Roland is the best. I wouldn’t work with anyone else.
Roland was the guy. He got things done perfectly. He always had our best interest in mind and was all around a phenomenal blessing to us.

Although early in his career, he is very knowledgeable in real estate and extremely personable. I consider him a key part in my home-buying process and I would not be in the house I am today without him.

This man would jump out in front of traffic if it meant getting you the right house. He is one of the most dedicated people in his field. Never once did my wife and I feel pressured by him to choose a house and be done searching. He made us feel like we were his number one priority and really gave us his best work. He actively looked for houses we would be interested in instead of just having us bring options to him for review. It was very much a collaborative process and we never felt out of the loop. Even after the purchase of our home he continues to be there for us. We have nothing but great things to say about Roland.
